S7S SoundSet 7.1a playback issue

Hugh,

I'm having an issue getting the S7S SoundSet 7.1a to play back:

Sibelius 7.1.3
Kontakt5

I'm using the S7S_Template_7.1a

I've created a playback configuration.  Please see attached image.

.xml files are in the correct spot (I think) Please see attached image.

Added S7S instruments to score  Please see attached image

Kontakt vdl sounds work.

S7S do not.

Any ideas?

Hmm... the images look correct. Can you be more specific as to what "doesn't work"?

I checked the file and it works as expected for me. Are you sure your library is installed correctly/completely? Do other files, as in non-template, exhibit the same/similar behavior?

I reinstalled Sibelius 7. Am running 7.1.3 sibelius sounds 712.

Re downloaded the S7S Template 7.1a

Moved the S7S .xml files to the correct place.

Using the S7S SoundSet 7.1a in playback devices.

I get no sounds.  It must be something simple.  Why am I not getting any sounds from Sibelius?

Trying to keep a good attitude here but I'm getting frustrated.

Please and thanks for any help or suggestions.

Do you get any sounds from a file NOT based on the template? As in, loading a default Sibelius instrument with the default sound set (Sibelius 7 Sounds)?

Okay, I've reached resolution on this matter.  I had use migration assistant when I got my new mac.  I ended up doing a re-install of Sibelius.

Things are working great. Birds are singing etc....
