I have downloaded and installed Sibelius Ultimate, VDL and Kontakt. I also purchased a template from write score. I am not tech savvy and cannot figure out how to set-up the playback correctly.
If you have not done so yet, I would encourage you to review the documentation that is included with your template purchase. It is very thorough and makes the process very understandable.
Yes, like Ted said, be sure to thoroughly go through the setup part of the Readme file.
If you're still stuck, make sure to attach a screen shot of your Playback Configuration to your post, along with the exact versions of the software you're using.
