Hello I was told to get the 2014 VDL template for finale to match up due to my kontakt 6 player not showing up on my finale v 26. Im currently running windows 10 and the 64 bit for finale

Yes i did review the ReadMe documentation i do need help setting it up as its my first time having to use a template to make it work correctly however i am not using a mac format and i am using windows 10 which i do need some assistance on setting up via windows as its a different layout than the mac side
The locations are at the bottom of page 7 and on to page 8. Windows 10 is similar to the Windows versions mentioned. You will also need to located some hidden folders. The steps for unhiding those folders can be found with a Google search. everytime i try and copy the link to find it via run it does not show up to drop the specific files in and i have the hidden files turned off

I turned everything on when you paste the doc your looking for as in ( C:\Documents and Settings\(your account)\Application Data\MakeMusic\Finale 2014 ) you go to run and copy and paste the link correct ? thats what iv been doing so far and nothings appeared
I'm not certain I understand. Are you saying that the hidden folder does not appear after you unhide them or that after you unhide them that the copied files don't appear?
The process should be to unhide the folders, copy the files, and then paste them into the folders as listed in the ReadMe.
C:\Documents and Settings\(your account)\Application Data\MakeMusic\Finale 2014
This is a path to where the folders are located so that you can copy files from the template package and paste them in the correct locations.
Hey ted actually i got everything installed however i cannot get Kontakt player 6 to appear on finale
Need some help as soon as possible as im having issues with having kontakt 6 player appear on finale iv downloaded the files from the write score and need help with getting the player to appear in finale i am willing to have someone remote if they can to help with issues
Have you gone to the Native Instruments site and downloaded and installed Kontakt Player 6 (the latest version)?
Yes i have the newest version of kontakt 6 player if theres any way of remoting into help me it would be greatly appreciated
