Getting the VDL sound set (kontakt 5) to show up in Sibelius 7

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to get the VDL sound set 6.0 to show up in the sound set column of my active devices (kontakt 5).  Do I need to move the xml file to a different location?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

Im running Sibelius 7.0.3 (64 bit)(mac)

Hi David, welcome to the forum.

Kontakt Player 5 and Sibelius 7 still aren't "talking" to each other correctly. You'll need to get Kontakt Player 4 going instead. If you don't have it, please submit a support ticket at the Tapspace site, they should be able to get you going with what you need.

Thanks Hugh!  Now that I have Kontakt player 4 everything is loading correctly...but the audio balance is messed up.  I am working with an indoor percussion ensemble score and the glock, vibes, and rack are the only instruments at the normal volume.  I can barely hear the marimba, xylo and battery instruments.  Any suggestions?
