Sib Template 7.1

Will this update allow my Concert Band Combo and Cymbal rack Combo to work?
When I was using Sib 6 I never update to the Sib 6.0b Template. So as I am using Sib. 7.1, Kontakt 5 and VDL 2.5.1 I can go into K5 and put in Concert Band Combo on the corresponding channel in the score but it defaults to Rack Combo A. I tried to update the 7.1 Write Score just a few minutes ago but I keep getting an invalid code message even though i copied and pasted from the e-mail that was sent to me.

Hi, welcome to the forum!

Are you referring to S7S Template 7.1? That template is designed to be used with the Sibelius 7 Sounds sample library.

Users who purchased VDL Template 6.0 or 6.0a from the Tapspace site can get the 6.0b template for free. Use this form to submit your request. I also highly recommend you update your VDL library to 2.5.2. Do that here.

VDL Template 7.0 is still in development but will be available hopefully before the year is out.

I actually have updated the VDL Library 2.5 to 2.5.2
I'll correct that in my Specs.
