I went to the folder but i don't have a "Sounds" Folder there.

See the pic below. I put the 6.0b xml file in the Sib 7 folder but it doesn't show up in Sib 7 configurations.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you may have to create the Sounds folder yourself. Once you do and place the xml file there, make sure to close and restart Sibelius if you have it open, it'll need a chance to load it.

You need to create that folder yourself. Needs to read "Sounds". Then place the sound set file inside it.
