Hi Atom

If I understand what you're asking, you should already be able to do that.

Here is a post with possibly a little bit more information: Sibelius Timesaver - Re-input Pitches.

hello

yes there is no problems from the lap top  keyboard

i forgot to say it but i was thinking from the the master midi keyboard

so i re- phrase using    " re-enter pitch " from a midi keyboads ! with the S7S template on sibelius 7

thanks

Hi Atom

As far as I know you cannot "re-enter pitch" from a MIDI keyboard.

Or, do you mean, can you enter notes from the Sibelius built-in keyboard? Yes, you can.

hello

thruth i cannot "  re- enter pitch "   [  my english lost me ]   but i can " re- input pitch "  via a midi keyboards .
so  !
i cannot  " re-input pitch "  on the score  with the template .

thanks for the tip  via the sibelius screen keyboards very good idea indeed !

Hugh Smith

Hi Atom

You should be able to "re-input pitch" with or without the Template. Can you send me the file you are having trouble with? Please explain what is happening.

hello

i got it

if the first note  cliked to be " re-input "  is a standart 0
via the midi keybrds or sibelius screen keybrds

it does not acutalize immediatly this note with another notehead [ say a triangle ]
so this first note clicked does not playback correctly
all of  the following actualise correctly

the problem does note arise when the note head is other than the standart 0 .

on my very first message i tried only one note a 0 standart , and assumed this was not working at all !

let's hope you did understand me .

Hugh Smith

Yes Atom, I believe I do understand you. And it sounds like you have it figured out now. Excellent!

hello

perfect , if you correct this bug  , let me know !

thanks

Hugh Smith

I cannot correct this. It is a Sibelius bug, not a Template bug.
