Finale VDL 2012a.1 update

Just need to get some help and sorry to post this here. I have used the website's contact feature but I haven't received a response so I don't know if it is working properly. I purchased the Finale 2012a template back in February 2012. I didn't get the VDL update to 2.5.5 until recently. I went back to the WriteScore to see what was available and I saw that there was an update to the template-2012a.1 which I assume I should be able to get. Is that the case? Thanks for your help! Bob

We responded on 8/21/2013 about an hour after you sent us the original message through the contact page on the main site. And we attached the most recent Finale VDL 2012 template package to that email. Did you not get that email? Please check your spam folder. (And be sure to put thewritescore.com on your safe-senders list.)

In the meantime, we're sending it again via email.
