Downloads not saving

Hello Hugh,

I just purchased the VDL 2.5 soundset.  I have twice downloaded the file and tried to save it in my avid folder (Sibelius 7/sounds), but when I go into the folder, nothing is there.  Now, I am down to 8 downloads.  At this rate, I will be out of all 10 downloads and have nothing to show for it.

Why won't it save?  I'm behind on projects and getting very frustrated with both Sibelius 7 and VDL 2.5.

Please help.

Hi Dennis, welcome to the forum.

Hmm, I've only heard of one other person having a problem with downloading the template package (.zip file) - and that ended up being a browser issue. So, with that in mind, make sure you're using the latest version of your favorite browser and give it another go. Save the ZIP archive file to your desktop. Then extract it to wherever. From there, follow the setup instructions in the Readme PDF file. (Don't worry, you're not going to run out of downloads.)

If you continue to encounter problems, let me know. (At that point, include your OS and other technical bits - screen shots help.)
