I had purchased a TWS template for my old PC when I used that with Finale 2014 and everything worked great.  However, I now have a new iMac (specifications below) and when I click the download link (both from email and the TWS website), it downloads as a .html file, which is different than the folder that came with the Finale templates.  Thanks for your help!

We have had a couple other people with similar issue. The zip archives are fine and apparently the problem resides in Safari. Do one of the following:

1) Rename the file: delete ".html" from the filename. Should now have ".zip" at the end.

2) Re-download using a different browser.
