Templete Issues Finale 14.5

Hello,

I'm currently writing a winter drumline show and sharing a finale file with the battery arranger. Whenever I get the file back, all of the battery notes are the yellow noteheads and I have to repitch the notes to get them back on the staff and with correct playback.

Is there a reason that this issue might be happening?

Is the battery arranger using Finale, VDL, and a Write Score template? The yellow noteheads are usually an indicator that the percussion midi maps and layouts do not match or that the file you are getting was not done with a Finale/VDL template.
