Synthesizer voices

I have one synth in the pit this season. 
I'm writing for only one in the score. 
I'm maxed out on voices (Organ, pizz strings, warm pad, & choir ahhs).
There are only 4 layers to each staff and I'm wondering if there's a way to add 2 more voices. 

I'm running the synth on the Aria engine and there is plenty of room for more voices. 

Any ideas?

Probably the easiest solution is to use midi patch/channel changes or the Change Instrument utility. Because the synth is from the Aria library it would be best to use a new instance of the Aria player just for the synth sounds. It would help if you review the Finale tutorials and Help Guide for information.
