Template issues with playback

I am having several sound set issues with the template.  I am using Kontakt 5, Sibelius 8, Mac OS Sierra 10.12, and VDL 2.5.5.  I can run Kontakt in Stand Alone and get all of the sounds for VDL, however when I open a score and begin working, the sounds don't playback the way they should.  I only get rim sounds for BD, certain mallet instruments with only playback if written below or above the range, and marimba sounds only roll unless I open the mixer and switch to a different patch. 

Please help!

Config looks good.

Are you using Template instrument definitions in your score?

In the Mixer, make sure everything is set to (Auto).
