Topic: Edit MIDI Maps

I have recently converted from Finale to Sibelius and I'm loving it.  Setting up VDL/Kontakt/VDL was so easy compared to Finale.

Something I was able to do in Finale that I can't seem to figure out for Sibelius is how to edit the MIDI maps.

I would like to change the sound of the bass drums and how they correlate to the notes on the staff.

Ex. Bass drum 1 is notated on the top of the staff (G) and I would like it to be notated on the 4th space (E), 2nd bass drum on the 3rd space (C) etc.

Where/how do I edit this?

Thanks!

VDL Readme, pages 18-19. Please read thoroughly. I recommend experimenting in a "test" file before implementing elsewhere.

Let me know if you have questions.
