Can't load VDL Soundset

I'm having a problem getting VDL working. I've installed everything and believe I have all files correctly copied in the correct location, but the VDL 7.0a SoundSet is not showing up in my activated instance of Kontakt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kontakt Player 6 is compatible with Sibelius 2018.11 and higher. It looks like you'll either need to update Sibelius, or get an older version of Kontakt Player (contact Native Instruments or perhaps Tapspace to see what your options are).
