Reinstallation of TWS template for finale 2012

My computer crashed and I lost much stuff, including the template. I had previouly purchased the template and wanted to know if there is a way for me to retrieve the download to reinstall.

You will need to contact TWS directly.

Did you save a backup copy of the downloaded file? If so, you can work from that, if not I think we've all learned the hard way to back up files and then backup the backup.
