"Perc MIDI Maps" Section Missing

So I installed the .xml files into the MIDI device annotation folder, but the Perc MIDI Maps isn't showing up in the score manager.  All of the staff entries just say "Custom (1,2,3,etc)."  The sounds also aren't lining up with the Intstrument in VDL. I'm assuming that's because the Perc MIDI maps section is missing. How do I make it show up, even though the files are in the right place??

In the Score Manager, choose Custom View and select Percussion MIDI Maps. Then select the map you wish to use followed by the layout.
