Hi Dean, welcome to the forum.
Please do NOT use the "S7S Library" set of instrument definitions in your normal music writing; these are intended for sampling the sounds only. Again, do not use any of the custom defined instruments that have the tilde ("~") appended to their names.
For normal writing, you should be using instrument definitions from the "S7S Template 7.1a" ensemble. You'll find these in the SIB file labeled "S7S_Template_7.1a.sib". And the sound set you need to have assigned to Sibelius Player is "S7S SoundSet 7.1a" (or "S7S SoundSet 7.1a Lite").
If this doesn't square it away for you, please let me know.
Hugh
