re-loading sibelius this morning for an ultimate verifications
surpise !

each time you import a house style even if defined the first time  un-checked  notes head and instrument definitions .
get checked automatically  each time a " house style [ any of thems ] "  are called .

even if notes head and instrument defnitions was saved un-ckecked in a particlar one .

if you look  add remove instrument
the window of  instrument do not reflect the definitions of the template .
and  written with multiple instruments of the same name   

i tried to re- load the original template  same relsuts as precedently .
i did not touch the xml file in appl > sounds .

i send you the file .

i think  housestyle  " note head and instrument definition " need to be checked in order to appear in
" add or remove instrument "  choose from .


and multiple name instrument are visible when its set to all instriments .

overnight thinking
this morning
i replaced the xml file in the sounds folder , trasched the old one and installing a new one from the download
and............. all look like ok !
