Topic: VDL Soundset

I'm having to reinstall everything on my due to a new hard drive. Because I had to reinstall sibelius, it made new folders in the library section and I think that wiped away the VDL_Soundset_7.0 that I originally purchased. Is there any way to get just this soundset? I still have everything else on TIme Machine.

Hi Johnathan

Do you still have a copy of the zip archive you downloaded? If so, you can just get it out of there. If not, log into the main site and download again from your account.

Unfortunately I dont have that zip file anymore. Also I am unable to log-in to my account to re-download the zip file. It doesnt recognize my email either; which is odd because I still have the emails with the links to the downloads. Is there an issue with my account?
