No sound playback using Sibelius 7 Sounds

I am using Sibelius 7 Sounds and have the template installed.  However, when I try to use playback no sound is produced.  When I look at the mixer, the level increases on the instrument as a note is played, but the "Sibelius Player" level remains at 0. How can I fix this?

I assume you have Sibelius 7 Sounds completely installed. Do the PlayTest files work as expected?

Do you get playback from a score not started with the Template?
