With a regular note selected, click either of the two 'grace notes', add as many as you need. See attached image. You can also change the displayed note duration without changing the way it sounds.
From there you can play around with it, i.e. instead of using grace notes, use regular 32nds or 64ths and otherwise meter as you will.
