VDL not working on my computer

I recently bought the VDL template for Sibelius and I cant get it to work properly. when I try to change instruments I don't have the option for the VDL sounds. Can someone help? I purchased the template and VDL this past Saturday and I haven't been able to use it so any help would very much appreciated thanks!

Hi Rich, welcome to the forum.

1) Please go through the Readme file again, specifically page 9.
2) Attach a screen shot of your Playback Configuration.
3) Do you have "- VDL Template 7.0a" available in Home > Instruments > Add or Remove > Choose from (drop down menu)?

I've attached a screenshot like you've asked. Hopefully I did at least did that part correct. Also I do not have the option "VDL Template 7.0a" in the instruments tab

re page 9: You need to make copies of the file "VDL_Template_7.0a_(Sib7).sib" and open them when creating new projects.

Oh, and the Playback Configuration looks OK.

Found in the package zip file, you need to make a copy of the file  "VDL_Template_7.0a_(Sib7).sib". This file contains all the "- VDL Template 7.0a" ensemble instrument definitions.

Again, use a COPY of the above file to start all writing projects with.
