I was pointing Sibelius to VDL 2.5 instead of 2.5.5. I got everything set up as the TWS templates were expecting, restarted, and all is copacetic again

I'm having an issue with the tenorline-manual voice of my score, rim shots (noteheads 29 and 51) and rims (1 and 40) do not play at all. This happens across all of my scores. All sounds play correctly in Kontakt.
